Spinach ravioli, a dish that has received excellent comments from the national press, is within the reach of samariums and tourists who, in the midst of a romantic and cozy atmosphere, can enjoy the original recipe, handmade by chef Luca Scialpi. What was born in Italy as a love story between Margarita María Correa, Colombian, and Luca, born in Cuneo, materialized in Santa Marta in a restaurant specially decorated and set to transport diners to the Vinadio Fortress, a place where they met and fell in love. After touring the country in search of the perfect place to settle, Luca, who had dreamed of living in the Caribbean, is enchanted by the beauty of Santa Marta and it is here that they decide to stay to set up their Ristorante Vineria El Sabor de Italia. Although he had not practiced his profession in his native land, it was Margarita who motivated him to take advantage of all his culinary knowledge to start this original restaurant.

Luca trained as a professional technical chef at the Mondovi Cooking School because since he was a child he felt a fascination for cooking and especially for the ravioli handmade by his grandmother, from whom he copied the original recipe and it is the same one he prepares daily in your restaurant. Today, after eight years, this couple of dreamers has managed to create a beautiful family made up of two children, Clara and Tommaso, and maintain a legally constituted micro-enterprise that is characterized by the use of top quality materials, craftsmanship, elaboration of ravioli one by one with special fillings prepared by the chef, which has given it that style of Mediterranean gourmet restaurant that characterizes it. The restaurant is decorated with antiques and elements typical of Italian culture that the owners have obtained on their different trips and that create a charming, romantic and very exclusive atmosphere, since the place has capacity for forty people.
Spinach ravioli in white sauce is a dish that stands out on the menu because it has received the best comments from palates as exquisite as that of the late Kendon Mcdonals, who made the following assessment: "It is the most subtle ravioli dish, delicate and exquisite that I have eaten in Colombian territory, you can perceive the mastery of its preparation, congratulations to this Italian chef who has chosen Santa Marta to delight her with his art and culinary knowledge"
