The Colombian Association of Grills, Restaurants and Related, ACOGRÁN was created on October 26, 1957, through resolution 2934 of the Ministry of Justice, and was consolidated as the entity that brought together the restaurateurs of the city of Bogotá.
At the end of 1988, the name of the Association was changed to ACODRÉS Colombian Association of Restaurants and Similar, and at this time it was already proposed as a national entity, with chapters in several cities of the country, especially in those with a tourist vocation. . Finally, in 1993, the current name of ACODRÉS Colombian Association of the Gastronomic Industry was adopted, as a non-profit civil association of a federal nature, thus consolidating itself as the most important guild in the Colombian gastronomic sector.

Goals:
Guide, coordinate, defend and represent the interests of its associates before authorities, institutions, companies or any person, maintaining and promoting relationships with related people or institutions to integrate the gastronomic industry at a national level.
Prepare, promote and disseminate studies and research that allow knowing the reality of the gastronomic industry within the socio-economic and tourist environment of the country.
Address the needs of services, information, advice and management required by its members.
