LATINOS CAFE is the idea of creating a new and modern type of bar-restaurant with the bar as the center of the establishment. On the one hand, this café wants to represent all the attractive aspects that today make up the exciting life of the island of Ibiza.
LATINOS CAFE has been founded by a renowned architect, who has created the famous and emblematic Café Del Mar in Cartagena de Indias in the Baluarte de Sto. For the cuisine, the MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE line is generally planned with a reduced menu, but also representative, respecting some typical dishes of the place where the new LATINOS CAFE will be set up, prepared and presented with high quality to the customer's pleasure.
