With 24 years of existence, the success of La Langosta restaurant is seafood, which its chef, Sebastián Emiliani, is constantly renewing, masterfully combining native flavors such as corozo, mango, coconut, passion fruit, medlar, always with the touch Caribbean that has characterized it. Fresh and recently arrived fish and shellfish, prepared at the moment, respecting popular tradition. Its artisanal recipes are the protagonists, to the point of specializing in the art of its preparation and presentation such as: natural oysters, crab teeth, squid in its ink, the great variety of ceviches, its traditional Panamanian caldillo and course, live lobsters with more than 20 preparations to taste.
The restaurant operates in a villa built in 1903, comfortable and surrounded by exuberant vegetation. Its internal capacity is for 150 people and in its gardens it is for 300 people, ideal for wedding receptions, with a view of the walls, the San Felipe Castle and the Laguna de El Cabrero. The location is excellent, next to the walls, the Rafael Núñez House Museum, the Apolo Park, the church of La Merced and the Federation of Coffee Growers where the Grau Museum operates.
